½ Cup Diced Apple
3 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds

Prepare oats: Add oats to a bowl with 1/2 cup boiled or hot water. Stir well, cover, and let sit for 5 minutes.
Soften Apple: In another bowl, add diced apple with 1/4 cup boiled or hot water. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
Combine: Drain excess water from the apple. Mix oats, softened apple, and sunflower seeds in a bowl gently.
